Cholly Holmes, Professional Inspector TREC #7572

Cholly Holmes, is a Professional and Licensed Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Inspector. He is the owner of Holmes Inspection Company and has been operating this business since October 2004. He is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture to inspect for termites and other wood destroying insects.

Cholly is a passionate inspector who brings 25+ years of combined Naval Aviation, Commercial Aviation, and Commercial Building Maintenance experience into the role as a Professional Inspector. Cholly frequently partners with realtors throughout DFW to share information and educate buyers on the value of the inspection process. Some of the services he provides is residential inspections, commercial inspections, WDI (termite) inspections, Pier and Beam foundation inspections, and New Build Phase inspections.
